Clean Room Environment Production

In our production facility in Thailand we have established a 900 square meter clean room production that meets class 1000 standards.

In addition to seamless polyimide sleeves, we also produce rollers and fuser belts for color applications in this production area. Perfect, zero-defect surfaces are necessary for these products, which can only be achieved in absolutely clean production environments.

The internationally accepted regulation ISO 14644 prescribes the classification of air purity (ISO Class 3). Furthermore, the measurement technique and processes to test and monitor the air purity are defined in this regulation.
